David Neylon
Singing Guitarist, Director of Music
David Neylon has been performing and creating music for over 20 years. With instrumental expertise in piano and guitar self-accompanying his powerhouse vocals. He is an incredibly dynamic performing artist. He has performed with the most talented emerging artists in Los Angeles with Nitelight Hollywood and regularly calls home some of the finest hotels in the downtown Chicago area, performing at the W Hotels and Hilton Hotels and Resorts.
A composer at heart, his original works have made their way to the screen for narrative and commercial projects, most notably for world-renown companies like Disney and ABC. In his spare time, he teaches piano to the blind focusing on techniques to utilize the energetic flow of the instrument as well as recognizing one's own ears as part of the instrumental learning process, and acts as a guitar instructor for the youth. ​He now brings this professional expertise as a composer, instrumentalist, instructor, live performance artist, and vocalist as the Director of Music and performer to Echo Strummer to provide the one-of-a-kind evolving and dynamic performance style which has become a coveted attraction for weddings, corporate events, private parties, university events and more!

In addition to his musical career, he has a background in acting and video production, working both on the screen and behind the camera with some of the biggest celebrity name talent in film, tv, and music (Pharrell Williams, Kevin Hart, Alicia Keys, to name a few).
